Longevity Bonus Terms
The Longevity/Productivity bonus program offers Booker owner-operators a way to earn more money. There is an increase in lease percentage according to longevity! Each O/O who drives his own truck can earn additional money each month based on longevity and productivity.
The amount of your bonus will be determined by the length of service with Booker. The longer you’re leased to Booker, the bigger your bonus!
Here’s the scale for the longevity productivity bonus:

How Does It Work?
At the end of each month, team leaders will total the gross line haul revenue (no accessorials) of each member of their team. Those who have earned $23,272 or more will get a lump sum bonus paid on the first settlement of the next month under the “miscellaneous item” section.

*This is how the number was derived:
1. An O/O running 2,335 miles each week.
2. Fleet line haul revenue total per mile averages $2.30
3. Total miles x average pay per mile = 2,335 miles per week x $2.30 = $5,370.50
4. $5,370.50 times 52 weeks= $279,266 per year
5. $279,266 per year divided by 12 months = $23,272 per month
Please Note
1. The maximum percentage rate and/or bonus paid at Booker will be 90%
2. This bonus program is only for owner operators who drive their own truck.
3. The fleet average will be reviewed annually.
4. The new year could reflect changes to the fleet average either up or down.
